ability to add listings, as well as press releases.

What is My Account?
|
|
|
My Account is your "control center" for all advertising options on the National Tradeshow Reporter. From here you can
add / edit / delete your listings and press releases.

Are there any limitations I should know about when I upload a logo to my listing?
|
|
|
There are limitations on the size of the logo you can upload. this my require you to open your logo in a graphics
program and resize it smaller. Our size limit on the logos is 250 x 120
|

Can I have multiple Listings?
|
|
|
You can enter as many listings with National Tradeshow Reporter as you like.
|
|
|
|

|
Does a National Tradeshow Reporter listing have an expiry date?
|
|
|
Yes.
Listings. Listings paid for monthly will automatically be renewed on a month-by-month basis until you cancel,
when you choose to purchase your listing at the annual price, your listing will be automatically renewed annually.
Press Releases. Press Releases remain active on-line for six months from their live date.

Do I need a credit card to purchase a National Tradeshow Reporter listing?
|
|
|
In order to purchase a Listing on the National Tradeshow Reporter listing, you will need a valid credit card. Currently, we accept Visa.
|
|
|
|
|
|
How secure are credit card transactions with National Tradeshow Reporter?
|
|
|
All credit card transactions are protected by our 128 bit SSL server. That means that every transaction is encrypted
from your browser to our server, and can't be rerouted to any other site. Once entered, your credit card information
is sent to a third party credit card company for verification, where it is protected completely on their server.
The information cannot be accessed by any computer (including your own) once sent to the third party credit card
company.

What if I decide to cancel my listing? How do I do this? Will my credit card still be charged?
|
|
|
In this case, you can delete your listing permanently from our database.
That can be done from within My Account by clicking the "Delete" button belonging to the selected
listing. Please note that deletion of a listing changes the status of your listing immediately,
but please allow up to 48 hours for us to cancel future credit card transactions on that listing.

|
What is Email Broadcasting?
|
|
|
The process of sending a single email to thousands of prospects in a large batch all at once. We do this for our
listing holders to increase exposure for their Press Releases and Bargain Offers.
|
|
|
|
|
|
How often is National Tradeshow Reporter updated?
|
|
|
The National Tradeshow Reporter relies on its associates to update their information as it changes. For specific concerns about information, we suggest contacting the organizer or parent company of the listing directly.

|
How do I subscribe / unsubscribe from the Email Newsletters?
|
|
|
Associates. You can open the subscription sign up / cancellation page from My Account by clicking
the "News" button and selecting or deselecting your category options and clicking update.
Just make sure your correct email address is listed in you "Account Info".
Non-Associates. If you are not an associate, you can sign up for the newsletter by clicking the
E-Newsletter ad available on every page of the site. It will take you to a screen when you can enter your name
and email address, make your news or bargain category selections and click submit. To unsubscribe, simply send
an unsubscribe note to info@ntreporter.com from the email address receiving the newsletter.
